I think he was explaining the definition to YOU, President Obama, as you seem to have your own idea of what "tax" means.

WOW... I didn't know George Stuffinenvelopes had the stones to ask Obumbler the tough ones. He did kind of back down a bit but it's a start. The crew producing the show did a great job of hiding Obama's ever growing lying nose.
