I think it is a horrible idea. Instead of improving the system they already have, they want a shiny new system with the only way of paying for it is raising the sales tax. I, for one am glad that I live in Green County and not Dane or Milwaukee counties. Dane county is too large and too sparsely populated for such a thing.
